Global HR Business Partner - Key Opportunities

Cpl recruitment are partnering with a leading global organisation to find a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner who can drive strategic growth, develop strong relationships and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning and change management.
  • Lead talent identification and succession planning initiatives.
  • Support managers in building development plans and promoting a feedback-driven culture.
  • Oversee the performance management cycle to ensure meaningful engagement and outcomes.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labour laws across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Partner with HR colleagues globally to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programmes to support business capability and individual growth.
  • Collaborate with compensation specialists to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
  • Lead and contribute to global and local HR projects.
  • Support the design and implementation of HR programmes that drive performance and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
  • Degree in HR or other related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, international organisation.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in French is advantageous.
  • Experience in Irish HR employment law is essential.
