Early Years Educator Role

  • We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to provide high-quality care and education to young children in a safe and nurturing environment.

  • As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of children by planning and implementing daily activities that cater to their needs and interests.

  • You will work closely with families to build strong relationships and ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in our care.

  • In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also be required to perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and healthy environment for the children.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum level of QQI 5 in Early Childcare & Education or a higher qualification.

  • You must also hold certificates in Children First, First Aid, Manual Handling, and HACCP.

  • Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting is advantageous, but not essential.

  • Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education is required.

  • You must be able to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs and interests of children.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are necessary for success in this role.
