Experienced French-speaking customer service professionals are sought after by a leading multinational to work in a remote, full-time capacity in Ireland.

Job Description:

We are looking for individuals who can deliver exceptional consultative support to valued clients, taking ownership of complex cases from first contact to resolution.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in French (C2) and English (C1), with experience in customer service or technical support, and strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
