Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing multiple electrical contracts across pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and commercial projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will also oversee the full life-cycle of electrical contracts, from pre-construction to completion, including tendering, procurement, cost control, and variations management.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing regular updates on project progress and resolving any issues promptly. You will also manage a team of electrical engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical contracting and project management, with a focus on pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and commercial projects. They will also have experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in electrical contracting and project management, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and commercial projects
  • At least 5 years' experience in a contracts management role within the electrical sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Leadership and team management experience
