Plastics Process Manager

Job Summary
This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the management and manufacturing department, specifically in plastics process engineering.
The successful candidate will lead new mould tool introduction activities, develop production/processing methods, and ensure quality standards are met. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new mould tool introduction activities to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Develop and implement production/processing methods to meet quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Maintain awareness of regulatory compliance and safe working practices
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent, 4+ years of related experience, knowledge of Lean continuous improvement techniques, polymer materials, and injection moulding processing. They must be familiar with c-GMP and safe working practices.
