Job Description

As a Practice Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in preparing financial statements, managing internal administrative tasks, and providing expert guidance to clients on adopting best practices through technology. Your proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and strong technical expertise will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization's financial performance.

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts that are not audited.
  • Manage internal administrative tasks, including timesheets and invoicing.
  • Assist clients in establishing financial control systems and ensure compliance with company secretarial requirements.
  • Provide guidance to clients in adopting best practices through technology to enhance efficiency and facilitate growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • ACA/ACCA/CPA Qualified Accountant.
  • Minimum 2+ years of practice experience.
  • Ideal 1 year PQE experience.
  • Familiarity with accounting software packages such as Relate, MicroPay, Surf, Receipt Bank, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar.
