We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of HSE principles and practices.
Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement HSE Strategy: Develop and implement an HSE strategy that ensures compliance with environmental health and safety legislative requirements.
- Lead HSE Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough HSE risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop effective control measures.
- Maintain ISO Systems: Maintain and improve our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 systems to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Engage Stakeholders: Engage with all project stakeholders to ensure implementation of regulations pertaining to environmental health and safety.
- Membership of IOSH: Membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) is preferred.
- HSE Qualification: A higher diploma in safety, health, and welfare at work or other relevant HSE qualification is required.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
- Senior Management Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of post-graduate experience and 10 years in a senior management position are required.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant IT packages is necessary.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
