Leisure Center Guardian

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leisure Centre Lifeguard to join our team.

• As a key member of our leisure team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all users.
• You will welcome and assist guests and members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Supervise pool and leisure areas to ensure safety and adherence to facility rules.
• Carry out regular safety checks and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information about services, facilities, and programs.
• Assist with front desk duties, including handling payments and member enquiries.
• Support your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

• A valid Pool Lifeguard Certification and First Aid qualification is essential.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills is required.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
• A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a positive outlook is crucial.
• The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is vital.
• Strong multitasking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving are expected.
