**Job Overview**

Icds Group, a leading player in the renewable energy sector, is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior Plant Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring a culture of safety and adherence to procedures.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure DAFM pre-requisite proposals (PRPs/procedures/HACCP/recording and reporting) are implemented and maintained
  • Become the primary point of contact for DAFM validation and inspections
  • Oversee daily sample analysis and reporting, including E. coli and Salmonella for DAFM, and multiple others for EPA
  • Engage with regulatory bodies, including GNI, HSA, RSA, and ISO, and respond promptly to site visit reports and requests for information
  • Complete monthly KPI reports, including energy consumption, yield, and cost per ton pasteurized
  • Work with critical analysis of operational KPI's to form a data-led decision-making operational culture

You will work closely with the Transport Manager to ensure sufficient dispatch with correct and up-to-date reporting.
