Essential Qualifications

1. Experience in a manufacturing setting within the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on engineering and equipment reliability.
2. Strong communication skills and fluency in English to collaborate effectively with teams and report on maintenance activities.
3. Ability to work in a hybrid model, dedicating 3 days on-site to oversee operations directly.
4. Demonstrated experience in reducing downtime, increasing throughput, and ensuring compliance through effective engineering and maintenance practices.
