The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery drawing or fit-out, with 4-7 years of experience working as a lead designer. They will also possess excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients and production teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing all items of design from architect concept to manufacture and production of bespoke joinery.
- Attending design meetings with clients and liaising with production to ensure manufacturing conforms with agreed drawings.
- Drawing up bespoke items such as reception desks, featured wall panels, ceilings, elements, kitchens, and cabinets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a passion for design and innovation. Key qualifications include:
- Experience in joinery drawing or fit-out.
- Ideal candidates will come from a joinery background.
- 4-7 years of experience working as a lead designer.
- Experience in a similar design role within a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Cabinet Vision, with Solidworks being desired.
