We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Operations Analyst. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients' communities and resolving inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner.
You will be responsible for becoming knowledgeable about our clients' products and community standards, making well-balanced decisions, and advocating for our community effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy are essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving issues reported on our clients' platform, responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy, and using market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.
Additional responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and utilizing relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on our site, enforcing our clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse, reviewing reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality, identifying inefficiencies in workflows, suggesting solutions, recognizing trends and patterns, and escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.

Working Conditions:As a Community Operations Analyst, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work day shifts from 9am to 5:30pm and evening shifts from 6pm to 2am, with the opportunity to rotate between these shifts.
