Job Summary

Nua Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Management Team and contributing to the daily operations of our service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and other members of the Management Team.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports in relation to Mental Health, Community Residences, and Approved Centres.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Ensuring standard reporting procedures are followed at all times.
  • Reviewing and updating policies relating to the centres as required.
  • Participating in Quality Improvement Projects and creating central files of all enquiries.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records in IT systems and dealing with correspondence, emails, calls, and reporting.
  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating centre meetings.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and people management skills, excellent organisational skills, and self-motivation. They should also have extensive knowledge of technology, legislation, and safeguarding procedures.
