Strategic Procurement Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven professional looking for a challenging role in procurement? As a Strategic Procurement Specialist, you will play a key part in optimising procurement operations and providing data-backed insights to support strategic sourcing and supplier management decisions.
About the Role- Create purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve supplier discrepancies to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Analyse procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance metrics, enabling informed decision-making.
- Support supplier negotiations with data-driven insights and recommendations, driving value for both the organisation and its suppliers.
- Develop advanced Excel models and use Power BI to create dashboards and reports for real-time visibility, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate on procurement projects and manage KPIs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- At least 4 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, or a related field, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros) and hands-on experience with Power BI, with the ability to develop complex models and visualisations.
This is a full-time position within the Supply Chain function, offering the opportunity to work on exciting procurement projects and develop your skills and expertise.
