Cork Bus Operator

We are seeking a professional and safety-focused Bus Driver to join our team in Cork. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent pay and career progression.
- Safely operate buses on scheduled routes across Cork.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers.
- Adhere to timetables and operational procedures.
- Handle cash fares and complete end-of-shift cashing in.
- Work across early, middle, and late shifts as part of a rotating roster.
- Maintain professional standards in line with company policies, including wearing full uniform.
- Valid Irish category D driving licence.
- Aged 21 or over (insurance requirement).
- Strong focus on safety, responsibility, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work across a 5/7 roster including weekends and varying shifts.
- Garda vetting may be required.
A competitive weekly salary is offered:
- Year 1: €802.99
- Years 2-3: €845.06
- Years 4-5: €887.58
- Year 6: €929.66
A standard 39-hour work week, with potential overtime (up to 48 hours) and other benefits include:
