Job Description:

The Regional Manager will work closely with Depot/Warehouse Managers to achieve the required service standard.

He/she will be part of a team ensuring excellent service and customers receive optimum service at all times.

A suitable candidate will have the ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and possess the ability to think outside the box to find solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Hold a 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrate a track record of implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong and sustained control and operational performance within a depot.
  • Track record in improving compliance within a system.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – manage internal and external communication, via telephone, written, and face-to-face, professionally.
  • Collate data in an organised manner and present it internally and externally (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Manage time effectively to work with depots in various locations.
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure to balance conflicting deadlines and priorities.
  • Flexible to travel extensively throughout Northern Ireland.
