About the Role

As a Beauty Sales Specialist, you will drive profitable product sales in Pharmacy and specified customer segments. You will embody our ethos of 'Excellence in Execution' and ensure product availability in every interaction. With a growth-focused approach, you will seek avenues to expand our brand's market share, striving to establish benchmarks in service excellence, commercial performance, market execution, and customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience of selling to Pharmacy accounts is preferred.
  • Previous experience of utilizing a CRM system in day-to-day work is preferred.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the industry is advantageous.

Requirements

  • The ability to communicate features and benefits of products confidently at all levels.
  • The ability to review and analyze your own targets to successfully achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • The ability to manage your own time to successfully achieve agreed KPIs by effectively planning and maintaining a productive journey plan.
  • The ability to utilize a CRM system effectively to extract relevant sales data to support territory analysis and commercial recommendations.
