Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality residential care and support for young people aged 12-17.

Taking a child-centered approach, we prioritize their unique needs and provide individualized guidance to foster independence and adulthood.


Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of assessment and behaviour management plans for children and young people.
  • Teach young people who are not engaged in school through one-on-one and group sessions.
  • Assist with homework completion for young people attending school.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
  • A full driving license and car knowledge.
  • Familiarity with effective team working principles.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including 15 and 24-hour rotations.
