We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. This is a key role that will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of our office, while also managing our finances and supporting the wider administrative needs of the Centre.

Job Description:

This role combines structure and detail with people-focused community work. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, diligence and time management, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, processing payroll, managing banking and donations, and preparing budgets and reconciliations.

They will also assist with grant applications and funding reports, keep the office organised, and support staff with administrative tasks.

This is a varied and rewarding role that requires a positive, professional and adaptable approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Essential qualification in accounting technician or business administration
  • Proven experience in financial administration role (community or non-profit preferred)
  • Strong organisationalskills, diligence and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and relevant software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills
