Job Overview

The role of a Bid Manager with 5 years+ experience is to join our Tier 1 Main Building Contractor in Dublin. Our company is one of the top companies in the industry, renowned for its great reputation and commitment to excellence. About the Role:

We are seeking a strong Bid Manager to lead an established team based in our head office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Bid Process, leading a Team and being a strong astute technical writer.

Key responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, visiting tender sites and compiling project delivery methodology for winning the bid. Additionally, you will gather, collate and write material to meet the requirements for tender submissions. You will work to a programme of deliverables to meet tender requirements and maintain regular communication with the work winning team.

You will capture and support development of bid win themes from tender strategy meetings and write specific responses to questions in a PQQ or tender. Furthermore, you will keep up to date with project-specific case studies and value reports. Your task will also include producing bespoke material to support business development and account management activities.

You will research and write supporting information for use in proposals, including case studies, CVs, project best practice and project innovations. Proactively engaging in knowledge management systems, capturing and submitting evidence for use in future bids is essential. Liaising with the operations teams to ensure they are briefed on the details of the bid or PQQ and working with them on the resolution of technical responses is also required.

Self-starter for data collection from all regions on an ongoing basis to keep our Tender Library Up to Date (data sheets, case studies, CVs etc).

Establishing digital smart working environments from online meetings to innovative digital atmosphere to drive efficient bid preparation.

Work with team to produce graphics for the submissions

Requirements:
- Bid Management experience with a leading Main Building Contractor (Ideally) in Ireland or the UK
- Salary: €90k - €100k
