Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage and direct the day-to-day activities of the AR team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Evaluate and authorize credit applications, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance AR efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead daily bank reconciliations, guaranteeing all transactions are thoroughly reviewed and verified.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments and external partners, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Address escalated payment issues or complex customer queries with a high degree of professionalism and expertise.
  • Deliver comprehensive training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to ensure skill development and high performance.
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of AR processes, credit control, and best practices in receivables management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Solid foundation in general accounting principles and accounts procedures.
