We are currently recruiting for a skilled Site Operations Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. The Site Operations Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the site team, including data entry, material ordering, and document management.
  2. Close collaboration with Contract Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and a Health and Safety Officer is essential for success in this role.
  3. Responsibilities include data entry for BC(A)R throughout the project duration, maintaining weekly material registers, plant registers, and time-related resource registers.
  4. Supporting site safety induction, registration of inductees, and associated statistics, as well as procuring and registering material testing information.
  5. Ensuring effective coordination of aftercare onsite and managing document for drawing registers.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, developing their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced organization.
