Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the Hodson Bay Hotel. You will be responsible for leading the Bar & Brasserie team and driving business growth through effective management of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Food & Beverage Assistants, Supervisors, and Assistant Managers to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the Bar & Brasserie, including cash handling and secure payment procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food quality, and HACCP controls in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotion strategies to attract and retain customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience at Manager level in a similar environment.
  • Possess strong leadership qualities and ability to train new and existing staff.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations and a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and be proficient in spoken and written English.
