Your Role in Our Team
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing our Zero Harm ethos, promoting a proactive safety culture, and driving effective program implementation. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with Operations and Safety Teams, collaborating to ensure seamless execution of the Zero Harm Programme.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain a positive safety culture, encouraging employee participation and engagement.
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions, tailored to meet the needs of various organisational levels.
- Facilitate open communication and collaboration, ensuring effective feedback mechanisms and regular reporting.
- Rigorously monitor and evaluate adherence to Zero Harm protocols, recommending targeted improvements and enhancements.
- Compile and present insightful reports on safety performance, programme milestones, and strategic enhancement opportunities.
