Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning, procurement, execution, and completion.

This role is working across 1-3 projects in the Midlands region, one of which has already commenced and the other two starting next year. Projects range between €5 - €10 million and involve public works such as school and hospital projects.

The team you will be working with are all very experienced in their profession and position within the company, so there will be little micro-managing. This allows for more responsibilities to be taken off your hands if needed.

  • Manage contract requirements, including negotiations, terms, and conditions.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-control measures.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress by coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
