  • As a leader in our field, you will oversee end-to-end data and AI programs, collaborating with clients to craft innovative strategies and deliver results-driven solutions.
  • You will identify and capitalize on new data and AI opportunities, developing compelling proposals that leverage emerging trends and technologies.
  • In partnership with industry experts, you will develop market-leading data and AI services, integrating edge AI, federated learning, and AI for ESG reporting to drive business growth and transformation.
  • By inspiring and guiding technical teams, you will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, driving KPMG's data and AI capabilities forward.
  • You will be responsible for promoting responsible AI practices within our consulting practice, ensuring compliance with global regulations and embedding ethical AI principles throughout our work.
  • As a mentor and leader, you will nurture talent, promote diversity and inclusion, and cultivate a dynamic team environment that thrives on creativity and excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading data and AI programs, partnering with clients to deliver strategic solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of data and AI technologies, including edge AI, federated learning, and AI for ESG reporting.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new data and AI opportunities, developing compelling proposals and driving business growth.
  • Experience in promoting responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with global regulations and embedding ethical AI principles.
  • Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with a focus on nurturing talent and promoting diversity and inclusion.
