Job Description

As a senior nursing leader, we are seeking an individual to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals in a nursing home setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Developing and implementing effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Managing resources, staff, and budgets to ensure efficient operation of the nursing home.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Qualified RGN with at least 3 years' experience in the last 6 years in care of the older person.
  • Post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.
  • No less than 3 years' experience in a management capacity in the health and social care area.
  • Registered on appropriate part of NMBI live register.
