CPL is delighted to announce its collaboration with a leading organization committed to supporting vulnerable young individuals. As part of this partnership, we are currently seeking experienced Social Care Workers to join our team on a permanent basis.

The chosen candidate will play a vital role in providing support services to children who have been separated from their families, adhering to the guidelines set by our client. Key requirements for the position include holding a relevant qualification in social care (level 7) and having prior experience in a comparable environment. While previous work experience is desirable, it is not compulsory. However, applicants must have a minimum of 6 months' work experience within the social care sector, with placement experience also being considered. A valid full driving license is advantageous, and proficiency in HIQA standards is a necessity.
