Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for every customer.

• Provide exceptional customer service through friendly and helpful interactions
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor by merchandising products effectively
• Unload stock and deliveries efficiently
• Support store teams with early morning replenishment outside of normal trading hours

In addition to these responsibilities, you may be required to perform other duties from time to time to support the store's operations. You will also operate in line with our safety procedures and policies at all times.

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• Passionate about working in a retail environment
• Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
