About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and caring professional to act as the face of our retail clinics, ensuring a positive patient experience and helping more people hear better.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will support the clinic in achieving revenue goals by attracting new patients, managing administrative functions, and coordinating patient interactions and needs.

Daily tasks include:

  • ">
  • Welcome all patients and maintain a high level of customer service">
  • Inbound and outbound phone calls">
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments">
  • Patient information intake and processing">
  • Collect and verify medical insurance information for patients">
  • Order office supplies">
  • Payment processing">
  • Hearing Aid supplies inventory management">
  • Maintain office cleanliness">
  • Uphold HIPAA standards">

We offer comprehensive onboarding, empowering Team Members to excel in their roles from day one. Our Hearing Instrument Specialist Apprentice Program provides individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary for success, allowing them to learn how to be a Hearing Aid Specialist and eventually provide care in their own office.

Key Qualifications:

  • ">
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred">
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare-related roles">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)">
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail">
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment">
  • Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and electronic medical records systems">
