Financial Analyst Role

ICON is seeking a Financial Analyst to play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will contribute to the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization by providing insightful financial data, analysis, and recommendations.

  • Preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and key insights, and communication of findings to stakeholders.
  • Support of month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and financial statement analysis.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting of projects and initiatives.
  • Development and improvement of financial models and analytical tools to enhance financial forecasting and analysis capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Entry-level experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
