About the Role

You will be a key player in our team, bringing your expert makeup artistry skills and passion for customer service to deliver an exceptional experience. You will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets, build relationships with customers, and provide personalized beauty advice.

As an expert makeup artist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing top-class makeup services to customers, including application, lessons, and tutorials.
• Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations.
• Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets, promote products, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Staying up-to-date with new products, trends, and techniques, sharing knowledge with colleagues and customers alike.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and guidelines.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in makeup artistry, preferably with formal qualifications and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• A passion for beauty and makeup, staying current with trends and developments in the industry.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate applications and excellent customer service.
