We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Agency Change Specialist to oversee the implementation of changes and ensure the effective day-to-day operation of our UK and Irish fund ranges. This role involves managing all transfer agency and anti-money laundering-related changes, from regulatory projects to discretionary items.

The successful candidate will have experience in financial services or asset management, with a strong understanding of transfer agency processes, technology, and operational concepts. They will be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and represent the team in project calls.

Responsibilities will include tracking and monitoring change-related costs, handling new processes within the team, conducting regular governance reviews, and identifying process improvements and efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, plan effectively, and motivate themselves in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for this role include an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, minimum five years of experience in financial services or asset management, and experience overseeing transfer agency change or similar operational roles. Knowledge of Irish funds and CBI regulations is also desirable.
