Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor to join our team and lead the production activities of our workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all piping activities within the workshop, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day production activities of the workshop team.
- Ensure correct interpretation of technical drawings, isometrics, and specifications.
- Validate materials, work orders, and welding procedures before execution.
- Oversee pipe cutting, assembly, and welding processes from a Q&A perspective.
- Perform visual inspections and report any deviations or quality concerns.
- Prepare weekly work progress reports for multiple projects and coordinate deliveries with logistics.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the technical team to clarify project details and coordinate shipments.
- Assist in weekly work planning and adapt to client priorities.
- Promote safety and cleanliness within the work area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial piping prefabrication (stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.).
- Previous experience in team supervision within a workshop environment or site industrial plants.
- Strong ability to read isometric drawings and welding specifications.
- Time management and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) for international communication.
- Knowledge in 3D Design Softwares
- Strong knowledge of office tools (email, Excel, etc.).
- Training in mechanical fabrication, welding, or similar fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in water treatment, pharmaceutical, or food industry projects.
- Training in Health & Safety
