Senior Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead our Product Transfer Quality team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of product transfer strategy, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will mentor engineers, guide cross-functional collaboration, and develop highly capable processes that result in high yield and enable scalability.

Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science discipline
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in regulated manufacturing environment

You must be able to work in a team environment, influence effectively at all levels, and develop organizational relationships. Timely decision-making and meeting deadlines are essential.
