Youth Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for a Youth Support Worker to join our team at the Under 18's Residential Service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with vulnerable young people and provide them with the support and guidance they need to overcome their challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social care principles and practices, as well as experience working with young people who present with emotional or behavioural difficulties.

As a Youth Support Worker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the individuals you work with, and providing them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.
