We are seeking a senior leader to join our team as an Associate Director.

Job Overview:

The role involves providing technical, commercial, and team leadership for projects across Ireland, with a focus on transportation infrastructure schemes including roads, bus priority, greenways, and light rail projects.

You will be responsible for interfacing directly with clients and overseeing feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed designs, and contract administration through construction and handover.

Responsibilities include preparing reports and tenders, demonstrating project management skills, and acting as a subject matter expert in transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a portfolio of road projects from pursuit to completion.
  • Oversee technical delivery and develop engineering solutions.
  • Provide expertise and ensure quality of project outputs.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster client relationships.
  • Manage risks, monitor project performance, and contribute to bids.
  • Champion safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Chartered status with a relevant institution is essential. Experience in road and highways engineering, approvals, and sign-offs is required. Knowledge of NTA and TII standards, project management, and contracts is also necessary.
