About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Innovator to join our team at STATE STREET CORPORATION. As a key member of our Global Technology Services (GTS) organization, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation and expanding business capabilities using industry best practices and advanced technologies.
Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps, cloud computing, and data engineering. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- DevOps: Ensure all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, integration testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Cloud Computing: Develop and maintain large-scale cloud-based applications using Azure services, including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Data Engineering: Design and develop custom high-throughput and configurable frameworks/libraries, drive change through collaboration, influence, and demonstration of POCs, and work collaboratively within an agile project team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree level qualification in a computer or IT-related subject.
- 5+ years of overall Bigdata data pipeline experience.
- 5+ years of Databricks hands-on experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud-based development, including Azure Services, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.
