We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Water Quality Design Engineers in Dublin, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment design and experience working with global teams.
About the Role- Driving improvement of design standards and project approaches across the organization.
- Reviewing concept designs and designs in progress to ensure they meet established design standards, local code requirements, and any other requirements of the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
- Providing high quality water treatment advice on a wide variety of projects globally while working with global Mechanical engineering teams to achieve alignment of water treatment systems objectives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for influencing water chemistry and treatment, coordinating with design engineering colleagues, construction, operations, and maintenance for our global fleet of data centers.
Key Responsibilities- Influencing Water Chemistry and Treatment: Develop and implement effective strategies for water treatment, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Design Review and Coordination: Conduct thorough reviews of concept designs and ongoing projects to guarantee adherence to established design standards and local codes.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with global Mechanical engineering teams to align water treatment system objectives and provide high-quality advice on diverse projects worldwide.
- Construction and Operations Support: Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and risk management teams to address requests for information and value engineering queries.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process or Mechanical engineering, or related field, with at least 10 years' additional qualifying experience.
- Cumulative 10+ years of experience in design engineering or the construction industry, related to water quality and chemical treatment.
- Experience applying local water laws and codes, International Code Council (ICC) requirements, and other water treatment industry standards, procedures, and methodologies.
- Ability to read and understand construction documents for all trades (design drawings, control diagrams, specifications, etc.).
