Overview

We are seeking a Senior Principal Statistical Programmer to lead statistical programming activities for medium to large-sized projects in phase I to IV clinical studies.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all statistical programming aspects of several studies, including coordination of team members and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

  • Lead statistical programming activities for medium to large-sized projects
  • Coordinate activities of programmers internally or externally
  • Make statistical programming decisions and propose strategies at study or project level

About the Role

This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, as well as expertise in statistical programming and analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in English with strong negotiation skills and ability to work well with others globally
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, life sciences or related field
  • Strong programming skills in R/R Shiny, Python desirable, SAS optional
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data visualization and exploratory analysis
  • Experience in Health Technology Assessment/HEOR preferable
