Deliver exceptional care and support as a Healthcare Assistant, making a real difference in people's lives. Our dedicated team provides personal care, domestic assistance, social and educational support, travel, and companionship to our members.

About the Role

This role involves working in our members' homes and communities, building strong relationships and fostering trust. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 modules completed of the Major Award at QQI Level 5 in Community & Health Services, Health Service Skills, or Healthcare Support, or other relevant qualification;
  • Experience of working with people in a caring role (essential);
  • Excellent communication skills, with a good level of spoken and written English;
  • A full driver's licence and access to your own car;
  • A person-centred approach, ability to build strong relationships, and strong customer service focus.

Our competitive salary package includes hourly rates from €15.39 to €30.80 per hour, depending on experience, plus inter-client mileage paid, sick pay scheme, maternity and paternity pay scheme, VHI, HSF, and PRSA schemes available. We also offer ongoing training and development opportunities.
