Job Opportunity:

An exciting role has opened up for a skilled professional to work with our team.

This position involves a comprehensive induction and training program, enabling the successful candidate to gain experience with our product offerings and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site visits to identify issues and provide solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and installers.
  • Promote the company's brand and values in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control and Design departments to gather feedback and improve products.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for industry professionals on installing and troubleshooting our products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical sales, design, and quality control.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional light at all times.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified plumber.
  • Service Engineer or technical support experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A full clean driving license is required.
  • Site Safe Pass: Training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good time management and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is beneficial but not compulsory.
  • A willingness to learn about our products, systems, and customers.
  • RGI qualification and/or F Gas certification are desirable but not essential.
  • Further Education Support.
