Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a retail leader with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results. They will be responsible for coaching and supporting the team, monitoring business KPIs, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    • Coach and develop team members to deliver customer experience and business goals
    • Recruit, onboard, train, and support team members to deliver customer experience and business goals
    • Ensure all store planning and annual leave is aligned with business needs
    • Coach team members on products, application techniques, and selling skills to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Customer Experience / Business Management:
    • Monitor and analyze business KPIs to ensure they are in line with goals and objectives
    • Deliver business results as defined with the management team (customer experience, sales, operational excellence)
    • Prioritize actions for the store that have the most impact on business goals as agreed with the management team
    • Complete all necessary dossiers, quizzes, and training elements
    • Consistently monitor business KPIs (LFL progression, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket, Stock Loss)
  • Procedures & Policies Execution:
    • Guarantee stores are compliant with company standards and procedures
    • Guarantee compliance with store procedures (company policies)
    • Guarantee execution of promotional calendar
    • Guarantee all operational procedures are adhered to in-store and store is compliant
    • Guarantee all procedures are regularly reviewed and issues are immediately addressed with management ensuring compliance with corporate policies
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the retail industry
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
  • Passion for the retail industry and familiarity with the products we sell
