Design Manager Opportunity

The Design Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's design requirements, utilizing both in-house teams and external engineering firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a professional and creative design team in a solution-based environment to produce high-quality outputs.
  • Ensure commercial viability through effective programming and management.
  • Develop products to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with building regulations and certification.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and certification is essential.
  • Vertex, CAD & BIM experience is mandatory.
  • Understanding of Building Regulations & BCAR Process.
  • Detailing knowledge and site experience are advantageous.

Collaborate closely with the commercial manager to create proposals for potential clients and drive business growth.
