As a seasoned finance professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients in Belgium. This role is focused on providing exceptional client service, educating clients on portfolio changes, and ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be working closely with our Investment Policy Committee, research and trading departments, and several service teams to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to gain advanced finance and capital markets education through our training program.

Our ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of financial concepts, markets, current events, and the ability to connect with and educate a variety of audiences. They will also possess native or fluent French and English skills, with Flemish and Dutch being highly beneficial. A degree in a related field and relevant work experience are essential requirements for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Build long-standing relationships with high-net-worth clients in Belgium
  • Manage a book of high-net-worth relationships with assets of approximately €100-150 million
  • Be the conduit between our clients, our Investment Policy Committee, our research and trading departments, and several service teams
  • Proactively update clients on portfolio changes, financial markets, our current market strategy, and investment philosophy
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in private banking/wealth management industry
  • Sound knowledge of financial concepts, markets, current events
  • Native/Fluent French and English skills; Flemish and Dutch is also highly beneficial
  • Connect with and educate various audiences
  • Maintain a positive personality and empathise with clients in good times and bad
  • MiFID certification, training, or equivalent
  • CFA or similar education is beneficial
