Key Responsibilities
  • Perform as a knowledgeable subject matter expert (SME) in aseptic Drug Product manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, training materials, and risk assessments.
  • Lead and/or provide input to strategic initiatives that improve and develop processes for the future.
What You Will Be Doing
  1. Identify and lead continuous improvement projects in assigned area of responsibility, ensuring project timelines are met and challenges identified.
  2. Monitor process trends, including business performance metrics, and identify actions to enable processes to achieve and surpass metrics in the future.
  3. Support investigations that impact on safety, quality, and/or compliance of the processes, ensuring thorough investigations are conducted and actionable CAPAs are implemented within agreed timelines.
