Our Bioprocessing Team Lead will oversee the manufacture of GMP products to agreed schedules. This role requires collaboration to deliver manufacturing performance targets, resolve problems, and eliminate barriers.The successful candidate will manage a team of scientists and technicians providing training, support, motivation, coaching, development, and performance management. They must ensure the team understands safety hazards and controls, performs risk assessments, and maintains inspection readiness.This leadership role champions continuous improvement within the team, maintaining high standards for quality-critical manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing biochemical drug substance manufacturing to cGMP requirements, operational health and safety, leading teams, and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage team members to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
