BID Writer – Construction

A top-tier proposal writer is sought to create captivating content for tender requests.

  1. Develop high-quality proposal documents by orchestrating and refining technical jargon for clarity and persuasion. Ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines and bid management protocols.
  2. Maintain a comprehensive database of case studies, templates, and CVs to streamline the proposal development workflow effectively.
  3. Collaborate closely with technical specialists to tailor responses for tender requests. Conduct interviews across organizational levels to gather insights on value propositions.
  4. Foster strong working relationships across all organizational levels to enable seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  5. Assess tender requirements and formulate compelling responses that address client needs. Infuse proposals with the company's values, vision, and culture to deliver a distinctive presentation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
  2. Prior experience in construction/engineering is preferred.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail in content creation and editing.
  6. Familiarity with the construction industry is advantageous; understanding of corporate procedures is valued.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is desirable.
