Job Role:

The role of Tax Consultant in our firm involves working closely with partners and senior management in the Private Clients department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience providing practical and innovative tax-based business solutions to clients.

  • Assist the management team in maintaining and developing client relationships, enhancing revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • E nsure timely payment and return filing deadlines for private tax clients, improving compliance and risk management.
  • Work with partners and management on advising clients on potential business structures, transfer pricing, profit repatriations, and succession planning opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships and expansion.
  • Act as a key member of an integrated client service team on a wide range of assignments, driving project success and quality delivery.
  • Contribute towards collective targets for billing, net fee income, and cash collection, aligning with the company's financial goals.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • AITI qualified or part-qualified accountant with 2+ years' experience in taxation.
  • Experience working with private clients, including wealth management and corporate finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish Tax legislation and case law, enabling informed decision-making and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills, facilitating effective collaboration and time management.
