Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Tax Director to lead our diverse and progressive tax team. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a leader in the firm's fast growing corporate tax business and a path to partnership.
You will work with clients operating in a wide variety of sectors, particularly clients operating internationally across Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Consumer and Manufacturing.
As a Corporate Tax Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of value adding, technically sound, clear and concise tax advice covering a range of technical issues relevant to your client's business risks, challenges and opportunities.
- Managing a portfolio of complex corporate clients (predominantly internationally focussed businesses).
- Work with partners on delivering advisory projects, including M&A, due-diligence, IP planning and reorganisation assignments.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing a high standard of client service.
- Delivering our service offerings to clients in developing international tax strategies.
- Working closely with the partners and directors in tax and other service lines to go out to market and supporting the business development activities in the Irish market.
- Coordinating and collaborating with other member firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives.
